Observations
I love seeing how different moms handle their two-year olds when they want "just one sweetie", or how a group of friends sit and chat at a table and laugh, or the couple that sits together but doesn't talk to each other. I love how kids walk in little groups and slowly the group gets smaller as they say their good-byes for the day. I love it. I could do it all day every day.
I know right? You can call me weird, it's okay!
I always sit and make up my own stories about their lives and about what they do, who they are, where they’re from, what's their favorite music, food and things to do?
We Are All God’s Children
I look at all these people, people I don't know, people I have never met, never seen before and I am in awe, because God knows everyone. He knows every story, every heartbreak, every tear. He knows every laughter, every moment, every hair on our heads. Then I think, “Wow! It's true. He really, truly is a God that knows us intimately.”
I Am His Child
If I just think of my own story, how He has always protected me and loved me; how he calms me and leads me; how He listens to my heart and answers the questions only He can hear.
Wow! What an honor! I think about how small I am, and how big He is, and yet He still takes notice of me!
There Are No Wallflowers
Then I sit back at the end of the day after seeing hundreds of people and stories go by and I come to only one conclusion - with God there is no such thing as a wallflower. To Him, we are all special, important and unique.
To Him we are all amazing and He loves us unconditionally.
Luke 12:17Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.
