Personal growth.
If you asked me a couple of months ago where I was on my way too I would have told a complete different story than today. I am constantly growing, constantly learning and constantly expanding my horizon. Things that I never even thought was of any real value in my life has now become my every day life. God has taken me to places I never thought possible and I am thankful that I can see personal growth every day.
I am thankful that I had the “guts” to take a step in faith and I can see how all these that once seemed like small little steps are now turning into big life changing changes for me. I have a long way to go but I am on my way and I am thankful for this.
November, 29th
Looking back.
Looking back over the past year, I see nothing but grace. I see a mighty God taking control of a sinking ship and I see how HE walked with us every day of the year, turning 2017 into something we will never forget but for the good of GOD.
Choosing to serve our mighty God is the easy part, the difficult part comes after we face challenges and fears, how will we act, react and survive? What type of behavior will we choose, how will we speak and what will we do that will make us different?
I am thankful that I went on this journey where we learnt together as husband and wife and where GOD became our anker. Choosing GOD does not mean smooth sailing all the way but it does mean you have someone else to take control of the steering when you can’t go any further.
I am thankful that GOD is my refuge and my strength, and I am thankful that each year that goes by my relationship with Him only grows.
Psalm 46:1 - God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Finishing Strong
I’m only a girl who became a wife and then eventually a mommy. I’m only a girl who follows her heart, hopes and dreams. I’m only a girl who wants more, more for me and more for my family. I’m only a girl who is willing to do what it takes to get to where it is that I want to go. I’m thankful that I am finishing this year strong, I am thankful that I’m not where I was a year ago, I am thankful that GOD is transforming me into the woman that He wants me to be. I am thankful for every day and I am thankful for every lesson. God is good.

We all have a lot to be thankful for, we just need to remind ourselves every day that we are on borrowed time, GOD has plans for everyone and if we seek His face, that perfect plan will fall into place.
