Finding Me
When I started writing I never in a million years would have thought that it was going to become such a big part of my life. Writing and connecting with an audience has been an amazing journey but the better part of it all was discovering myself again.
I love how this journey has opened my heart and eyes towards things I never really knew about myself. I would never have known if I didn't take that first step. If I didn't publish that first post on Facebook.
It has been all good for me, and this is a journey I continue to love and even more love exploring.
Finding My Own Niche
Funny enough when I started I knew what I wanted to write about, but once I started writing I found more and more that I wanted to write about. I mean this is my world, where I can be me and then share it. It's been such an amazing journey.
About six months ago when I decided to take this a little more series I asked myself the question, "What is my niche?" I can't tell you enough that even though I have my "thing" I continue to find more and more I want to write about. I think this is due to my own personal growth. And let us be serious, who only likes one thing?
I think my "niche" will be to always grow and explore more.
Something New I Want To Get Into
I started following a couple awesome fashion bloggers, mostly from the States and I am loving it. I have always loved fashion, since I was a kid. I'm nearly forty and I still buy the Cosmopolitan and Elle Magazine every month, I've never quite outgrown that. Fashion TV was the only channel I watched during my last two years of school. I just love it.
I have decided to give it a go. I want to get into it and explore this world a little. Still with everything else I write about.
Follow Your Heart I am a firm believer in following your hopes and dreams and this to me is just another way of sticking my neck out there, take a leap of faith and try something new. Why be afraid? I'm more afraid of the things I could possibly miss in life than the unknown world in front of me. So here goes to another journey, exploring more and writing about something I love.
